Welcome to AYSP's 2024-2025 Season!
To register your student, select the grade level range of your student on the left, or click "View All" to see all ensembles at once. Click on the ensemble you are registering for; for audition-required ensembles, make sure to select the ensemble your student was accepted into that is listed in your acceptance email.
Next, click the "Register Now" button next to the ensemble listing. Clicking "Register Now" will put the ensemble in your shopping cart.
You will need to create an account before you can fully register for the season. If you already have an account, you can login after you click "Register Now." Otherwise click the "Create New Account" button on the login page after you click “Register Now.”
After you've completed your registration form, you can add additional ensembles for additional students, if applicable, by clicking “Continue Shopping.” To register and set up tuition payment, click “View Cart and Check Out.” Once you have submitted your tuition payment or set up your payment plan, you are officially registered for the season!
If you have not yet applied for financial aid and wish to do so, or if you wish to pay by paper check instead of credit card or ACH/E-check, please email Dorothy Whisler at dorothy@aysmusic.org for instructions BEFORE completing the online registration form.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the payment plan option, the automatic withdrawals will automatically charge on the first of each month, regardless of what date you set up your initial payment. (You can view all future payment dates under the “Details” drop-down beside the payment plan option on the checkout page.) If you need to change the automatic billing dateto a date other than the 1st, please email Dorothy Whisler at dorothy@aysmusic.org after you submit your initial payment with your name, your student’s name, and the date each month you would like payment to be withdrawn (e.g. the 15th each month).
